RegularSwitch is a French-Brazilian design studio founded in 2013 and based in São Paulo. We work on brand strategy, visual identity, digital experiences, editorial design and generative design for brands and cultural institutions in Brazil and France.

A consistent core in São Paulo, extended with specialists when a project calls for it. The people who sit with the client are the people who do the work: there is no presentation team and no execution team.

Everyone here works in Portuguese, English and French, and much of the team is Brazilian. Reading a context means living inside it.

Brand strategy, visual identity, digital, content and generative design. Not as separate services, but as parts of one system. That is what keeps a brand coherent from the logo to the material it uses every day.

Generative design and artificial intelligence are part of the repertoire. A few examples: an identity that reacts to sound, a brand avatar with a voice of its own, imagery that is generated and then directed.

Strategy first, then the system, applications as a consequence. We follow each project from concept to execution and stay close after delivery, because we begin every project with the intention that it will not be the only one.

Trust before contract. Real collaboration requires that both sides can disagree without the project falling apart, which is why we prefer an honest answer to a comfortable yes.

Nothing leaves here as a loose piece. If it has not become a system, it is not finished.

We work with generative design, artificial intelligence and systems that move and react. None of those tools decides anything. The machine generates, the choice is human.
