RegularSwitch brings brand strategy, visual identity, digital design and content together as one system. We work with brands and institutions across Brazil and the world.

Brand strategy and narrative
Your brand knows what it wants to say, but not how to say it?
Brand positioning comes before any visual decision. We define what the brand stands for, who it speaks to, and why anyone would choose it. A strategic base that guides every decision that follows.
Project
Latin America brand platform for Monin. Monin, the French house of flavour syrups, was already recognised for its quality, its range and its expertise. But quality had become a baseline, and range can be copied. The platform started from one question: which territory can nobody copy? The answer was Flavour as cultural sovereignty, the flavours of Brazil and South America treated as heritage, and a brand that exists to generate recognition for the whole chain that creates them. From it came the purpose, the archetype, the manifesto and four operating territories, from the bartender to the end consumer.

Brand positioning, brand identity design and rebranding
Can your brand handle growth?
We handle brand positioning and brand identity design, including rebranding, for companies and institutions. Systems that hold at scale: clear rules, elements that recombine, and brand guidelines your team can read without calling us.
Project
Daki, naming and brand identity. A brand built from scratch, from the name to the symbol, for a Brazilian app that delivers groceries in 15 minutes. The name came from daqui, Portuguese for “from right here”: proximity and immediacy in a single word. The symbol is an animated finger snap, the gesture happens and the delivery has arrived. Around it, a system built to grow fast. Daki went on to become a unicorn, and the brand grew with it from day one.

Editorial design and book design
How does dense content become something people want to read?
We design books, publications and editorial systems. We organise the reading: what comes first, what gets room to breathe, what the reader takes away.
Project
Cacau, Manjar dos Brasileiros, a book in production. A 600-page record of the fruit Brazil is rediscovering: from the novels of Jorge Amado to the archaeological findings that place cacao’s origin in the Amazon, through the cabruca agroforestry system where it grows, and the people who keep it alive. A long-haul project, made alongside Barro de Chão and Nik Neves. We are responsible for the book design and the typography, with one objective: to give order to that much history, science and landscape, so the reader crosses the whole book without getting lost.

Exhibition design and scenography
How does a story become a place?
We design exhibitions, scenography and event experiences. We guide the visitor through the space: what they see first, where they go next, what stays with them afterwards.
Project
A Louca Debaixo do Branco, MIS. An exhibition at the Museu da Imagem e do Som in São Paulo, built from Fernanda Young’s book on women and marriage. An irreverent Brazilian writer and screenwriter, fascinated by pop culture, she called for a space with the same freedom as her writing. We designed everything the visitor encountered: visual identity, scenography, communication materials, a tarot deck, the website and a multimedia app for phones and tablets.

UX and website design
What happens in the first five seconds of your website?
We design institutional websites, platforms and digital products where design, content and interaction are decided together, rather than in three stages split across three suppliers.
Project
Piktiz. Piktiz produces product imagery by combining artificial intelligence, photography and creative direction. In a category where everyone explains the algorithm, we did the opposite: the home page opens on a full-bleed image and the explanation only appears after the scroll. Brand, visual language and website were built as one thing.

Social media strategy, content and campaigns
Your brand posts every week and nobody remembers?
We build social media strategy, content and campaigns on top of a defined brand platform. That platform is what makes each piece reinforce the last instead of competing with it. And where it makes sense, we train the in-house team to run it themselves.
Project
FINQiA, content strategy and digital presence. From the editorial line to the code, we look after FINQiA’s digital presence. The content is organised around four pillars, from market intelligence to the company’s human and institutional presence, and follows the audience from first contact through to conversion. The same logic runs through the institutional website, which we designed from the design system to the front end.

Generative brand identity, motion and AI
What if an identity were not fixed, but responsive?
A generative brand identity is a visual system that produces endless variation within defined rules. We work with generative design, motion design and artificial intelligence applied to brand identity. In Brazil, almost nobody else does.
Project
Bastille Day, Pinacoteca de São Paulo. The identity for France’s national day celebration in São Paulo began with the building: exposed brick, arches, the rhythm of the windows. Then it started to move. We built a prototype that listens and draws, the music of the party goes in and a graphic composition comes out. That night, the event’s image never repeated itself twice.
